Webinar Registration: Beyond Affinity
Optimize for more than affinity: Multi-Parameter Optimization of Multispecific Building Blocks
- Event Date: Wednesday October 28, 2026
Webinar Overview
A promising antibody building block may have the affinity you want while carrying potential developability liabilities that limit its potential in a multispecific format. Addressing those liabilities without compromising the properties that made the molecule valuable requires optimization across multiple parameters.
Join Alloy scientist Dalton Makrush to explore a rapid, multi-parameter approach that integrates in vitro and in silico workflows to evaluate and optimize developability alongside affinity.
In this webinar, you will learn how Alloy:
- Evaluates developability alongside affinity in multispecific building blocks
- Integrates in vitro and in silico workflows for rapid, multi-parameter optimization
- Improves limiting properties while monitoring favorable starting characteristics
- Applies these approaches in practice through representative case studies
